Product Description

The Viltrox EF-EOS R Lens Mount Adapter allows you to use existing Canon EF and EF-S lenses on Canon RF-mount mirrorless cameras. It is a practical solution for photographers moving from Canon DSLR systems to the EOS R system while continuing to use their existing EF/EF-S lens collection.

The adapter features electronic contacts that allow communication between the lens and camera, supporting functions such as autofocus, electronic aperture control and EXIF data transmission when supported by the specific lens and camera combination. (B&H Photo)

A detachable tripod foot with a 1/4"-20 thread provides an additional mounting option for tripods and quick-release plates. The adapter uses no optical elements, so it does not introduce a focal-length magnification factor. (Diamonds Camera)
